Vision Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is a Kolkata-headquartered real-estate channel-partner firm founded in 2012. In 14 years, Vision Realtors has served 700+ families and transacted Rs.500+ Crore worth of property across New Town, Rajarhat, EM Bypass, Salt Lake, Jodhpur Park, Ballygunge, and Garia.
Our public-facing marketplace, RealtyIQ, was launched to bring structured, RERA-verified information to Kolkata home-buyers. Every project listed is RERA-registered; every commercial claim is sourced and dated.
We are not a developer. We are a marketing and channel-partner entity operating under formal agreements with developers. We disclose our channel-partner status transparently on every project page where applicable.
